HLS2000 I am self-employed. I own 2 electronics companies and work from my home most of the time. My son is homeshooled. This the way it should be for everybody! Yes abuse is possible and happens all the time. The only stock pickers I have found that don't seem to abuse their power are Daniel Miller and Rande Is. Gotta go, Daniel's making me rich! Lola

HLS 2000- I am an Investment Banking executive for a large industrial construction firm in Northern Mexico...I have a trading suite in my office and plenty of time during the day to slay dragons on the OTC and NASDAQ...it get tough when I have to travel, ie- I was watching ONTV for the MOMO for a whole month, and was in-flight on Friday morning and missed it!!! Oh well, there will be others... Yes the SEC monitors SI and all the posting boards, but that is alot of territory...the SEC mainly relies on honest traders to report problems, and many have arisen out of SI specifically. One guy who currently has a thread on Si is already headed to a Federal Country Club, and there will be more casualties... Those of us who disclose our positions and reasoning have nothing to fear...its the guys and gals who make sh@t up and who Pump and Dump that need to fear...the latest in this scenario are people who have MM accounts and level III access...they pump dump and SHORT...this kills stocks and investors...that is why this place is NOT FOR THE TIMID WEAK SCARED UNDERFINANCED WHINNY PEOPLE like last1out...I think his name says it all by itself!!! Glad to have you here and I wish you the best of luck, but if you have never done this or don't know what you are doing...PLEASE BE CAREFUL and invest with a wary eye...Due Diligence is KING...don't trade without it!!! GO BIG OR GO HOME!!! Phattjake
