Michael John
Thanks for your time yesterday.
And for once again being so frank and straight-forward in answering all our questions.
To all:
Went to the PPP office/plant yesterday here in Dallas.
The machines are ready, just need the molds, which should be finished in about two weeks. New machinery designs like this always seem to take a little longer than we'd like, ( we all want it done yesterday)and we are down to just waiting on molds.
Pace is handling all the financial responsibilities, MJ was very happy about this. As shareholders, we should be thrilled, for this means that all the plans WILL come into reality.
Vimonta has all the right banking and business connections and the right plan, IMO, we should be seeing orders and cash flow very soon from them.
When the new machinery goes into production ,Michael promised to post pictures of those beautiful pallets on the PPP website.

Michael:

This information is over a year old. We still have no visibility as to the dillution in 1998 by Curton, the cost in shares of the 20% stake in Vimonta, etc.

We have also determined the listing of individuals holdings listed on the website is not current.

Nor do we know if the shares authorized has been increased without general shareholder knowledge.

I am aware you read these posts, and have chosen not to disclose this information. This lack of disclosure continues to disturb me and I would expect other rational investors who need to understand how many different ways any potential earnings are being distributed. Details of the financing with pace (traditional debt, convertable debt, etc) should also be part of the public record to assertain impact on future earnings.

So micheal, I ask for the sixth time for some current financial information. I wish you success with the technology and the business plan. This has the potential to be a great company, but at this point of time does not appear to be a great investment due to what is not know concerning the capital structure.
