Hold on, folks. This is old news. IBM already owned the shares, they did not buy any new ones. The SEC form filed is routinely filed to indicate that someone owns over a certain percentage of a company. The particular SEC form does not require the disclosure of when the purchase or interest was acquired or for how much. Since IBM and SEARS and one-other company created prodigy, IBM had some warrants and some shares left after they sold their 'controlling' interest. This was a sort of 'news flash' gottcha... restating the already known as if it were something new.
