Additionally, Derwood Edge, a Senior Vice President and the Chief Systems Officer of CAI, has assumed the title of Acting Chief Operating Officer of CS Wireless. CS Wireless' Senior Vice President - Finance, John Lund, has been named Chief Financial Officer of the Company."
