He also boldly called for the Dow to double in 10 or 12 years. If 12 years, that's an average annual return of 6% for the double, including reinvested dividends. People are probably just jumping up and down with glee.

Has anybody looked at the XLK (Technology Spyder) and the KXV (Technology Underlying Trading Value)? I would like to obtain historical quotes for the latter. Looking at the 52-week highs and lows, there have been as big as 10% discrepancies at both highs and lows between the price paid for the SPDR as opposed to the Underlying Trading Value.
