Is that like filing official "audited" financials with the SEC?? oh silly me my keyboard seems stuck and I cant press the U or the N as in unaudited financials.....just send it out without those two letters....the shareholders won't know the difference. On another and more serious subject....does anyone have actual tapes or transcripts of the conference calls from last spring/summer....hosted by Preferred Financial? If you do please contact me immediately at dpp.dfw@worldnet.att.net or you can post the transcripts here. FSAAA needs the info ASAP. Thanks Meteo_Dan

Tonto, There were two 144 filings on Edgar, I just did a search from Jan. 1995 and one came up. I searched for all filings. Dec 11 1998 FIRAMADA INC 144: Intent to Sell Restricted Stock Quote, Chart, Resources, News, Searches, Annual The first sale was under Arif's name when Randy was Pres. and he said he would talk to Arif about it... was never mentioned again. The second time was the only time that I have spoken with Arif directly and he said his daughter made the trade, using his account. I don't know why the other 144 doesn't show up. Thanks, MM... off to play golf for the first time in 3 months!
