What about "you know who" that rumor has it lost the power struggle for the future direction of HP with JB of HPL and thus left to be big cheese at SGI? Seems we've been downhill ever since.... though if you look at the numbers, HP has learned to manage analysts' expectations. It is just tough when you grow to get 60% of your sales from overseas and that part of your market tanks... Not sure anyone could have stopped that. Dell does well, in a large part, because it is smaller revenue wise and sells to a smaller, healthier US market. Dell expands and its growth is creamed...
