From the PR: Mr. Salmon stated: ''This really is a double win for current SCMI stockholders. As a group, they will have approximately 20 percent of the issued and outstanding stock of SCMI after the reverse merger ... You do the math. The only way is if the other 80% is NEW SHARES. Don't know about a reverse but I understood there were a LOT of share before this transaction. I almost negotiated a similar deal a little while back.
