All the markets bounced off their local ceiling, and the bond market has been doing poorly for two days now. The guess on it today (bond) was that Greenspan watched to see if his comments had a negative effect, and since they did he didn't 'clarify' anymore. I am starting to see number that tell me its going to go down for the rest of the week. Bonds never did break above their 200 day Moving Average, and that is a stong sell signal for MA/programm buyers/sellers.

I am notseeing the volume in the market to tell me to cover the bear fund, but the numbers tend to cycle between lows and highs - so I will probably look to exit it at the next local low. I personally would like to see the market go through its pullback rather than just oscillate bck and forth. There is about $50 billion in money market funds out there for IRA/401k waiting to get put in, and they aren't going to do that until they see a valuation improvement. hard to fault them on that one - why be the guy to risk his fund money on a creeping up and down horizontal?
