JW,
It is very nice when a company gives investors the courtesy of letting them know why a delay of their IPO is occurring, along with a firm date for the IPO filing...Since CITN must also be under the constraints of the "quiet period", is the so-called "quiet period" so rigid that NAVR management cannot give its investors a similar courtesy, or does the quiet period provide a convenient excuse for inaction and blundering???...Incidentally, looks like a big sell-off at the end of the day...Anyone know why???...(I should know better than to ask...since when did the money houses need a reason??...They simply decide when to employ their computerized selling programs)...
