Issuing shares is not everything. But He did issue shares, continuously after saying that he would not. He did do a R/S after saying that he would not.
He was once called a liar by others on this thread. Well I guess if the shoe fits, you wear it.
SK and son will have to go a long way to regain my trust and respect.
