Call me an idiot (many have), but I can't help feeling there'll be some kind of "happy ending" to all this. I've never seen so much support and interest on the thread of a non-trading stock! I lost nothing compared to a lot of you, but I know the sting and wish all the best!

Warrant Exercise price per Form: 10QSB Filing Date: 12/18/98 Reduction in Strike Price of Series A Warrants: Each Series A Warrant originally entitled the holder to purchase one share of Common Stock (Warrant Share) at an exercise price of $1.00 per Warrant Share until August 14, 2001. The strike price was reduced to $.50 per share on or about May 18, 1998. Series A Warrants are subject to redemption by the Company at a price of $0.05 each on thirty days prior written notice; provided, however, that the closing sales price per share for the Common Stock has equaled or exceeded $2.50 for ten consecutive trading days. The Company presently has no right to call the Series A Warrants. Hi Gary, I have turned to trading OEX options with very good sucess. 6 for 6 last week during expirey.
