how reliable is their trading? IE, any delays in logging in? or placing orders? How long do they take to execute orders? And how fast do you get a confirmation?

There are no delays in logging in. They usually turn their systems on between 8:45 AM and 8:55 AM Eastern time. This enables premarket trading for those that are interested.

In terms of order placement, marketable orders are confirmed and executed within 1-3 seconds. Please note that the execution time is dependant on the being immediately executable. In other words, you place an ISLD order to execute against an ISLD quote on the ISLD book. Or, you place a SOES order and their is no queue of other SOES orders awaiting execution => i.e. if you are first in line, you will get an immediate (1-3 second) execution.

Unmarketable orders are confirmed within 1-2 seconds and, obviously, may or may not ever get executed. Similarly, cancellation requests are confirmed/cancelled in 1-2 seconds.
