Steve, you're a riot. Seibel is the only company that's aggressively going after this market. As best I can tell, they are the only ones even marketing themselves. Do you think that Seibel should follow Vantive's brilliant 'e-customer' strategy (whatever that is)?

You shouldn't waste so much energy hating Tom Siebel. Life's too short.
