There are a few things plaguing TSIG at this point.

We are under a dollar and subjected to the plays of the daytraders who think 10% is a good return. The problem is we have proven to be such a good toy that they stay with us and the Market Makers oblige. Up slowly on good volume accumulation and down on minor selling.

We are an OTCBB stock and again subject to reduced ratios and lack of credibility. Getting the credit for accomplishments is hard under these circumstances. Even earnings are discounted through lower PE ratios.

We do have a larger float and therefore are not a true candidate for the strong momentum players. They like to run a stock and depart with their winnings sticking the normal player with losses to make up and a stock to reorganize.

What would be the solution?

Select a stock with a defined future and strong potential for advancement and hold for the earnings and projections to push the value.

Allow the earnings to generate a PE that cannot be ignored and build cash in the bank. Provided the stock is identified as a NASDAQ candidate, then hold for the decision and/or the capability to facilitate the move.

This can be done through normal growth of the stock as it continues to post improved earnings and signing continued projected income business.

What happens then?

The stock attains the ability to make the move to the NASDAQ and files or purchases its way there.

The stock then gains the attention of the full investment community and is given the valuation deserving of it's achievements.

The stockholders who rode the train to the finish get the maximum reward available in the stock market.

Conclusion

Does anyone know of a stock with these characteristics?

I think I will stay right here and allow the situation to resolve itself naturally no matter how frustrating.
