OFF TOPIC CONCERNING THE "GET TOGETHER" I don't think I really appreciated how silly our situation must have sounded until I read your post. The hotel folks must have been thinking "wierd" or something. You guys were great to me but I never did actually thank you and Glen for being my first so here goes. Daaan & GlenRP thanks very much for being my first ever blind dinner dates!! At last I can say it after 40 years!!! I think you two would be judged in the "safe" category by my wife for a blind dinner date so no harm on the home front. Thanks again for the friendship. Daaan - That is absolutely hysterical. Now that's how to start off my day. The only thing I have to be careful about reading that post this early in the morning, is not laughing out too loud. A few people are here at work and they might think I am nuts. Well I am, but ..... I can just imagine the look you got from the desk clerk. Then you try to explain yourself, and it only looks worse. The you don't know if you should leave (no, then she would really think I am weird), try to explain some more (no, she wouldn't understand), ...... Teeheeeheeee As for the 'stranger in our midst', I liked the letter. It probably expressed many of our thoughts, and I am glad Walleye is requesting his post be pulled. LONE will come through for us soon. Then we can all meet at Walleye's hotel - no lady I really do not know their first or last names.
