"It would be in ADRX's favor to let MDIX waste its time and money, wouldn't it?"

Only if ADRX has free lawyers...... ADRX saved a lot of money by making the token payment - why keep wasting resources on a nuisance?

MDIX realized that it wasn't in a position to maintain a lengthy suit, and very likely spent more than 125k on it so far- got out with a bit of a bloody nose, but got out.

I was/am a MDIX shareholder for a looonnnggg time. I thought I had sold out at around 1/4 last summer (?), but was surprised to see that the whole order didn t fill, and I was still the proud owner of 500 shares. As it wasn't worth selling them at a nickel, I chuckled and left them to collect dust in the junk portion of my portfolio. Since the delisting, they don t show a quote in my Datek account, and it would require an actual phone call to sell. Imagine my surprise when I found the shares are now worth dumping. I can actually pay the commision and come out with enough for a decent dinner! I considered holding out for an actual profit, but the LSD wore off and I am poised to dump my laughable position.

I am amazed to see any news at all on MDIX, and disappointed to see that Yeros and Berman are still around..... If there had been a change, I'd still consider holding.
