Wouldn't receipt of the money be contingent on demonstrating the quality of the receivables which are questionable at best?

CYOE - Per the announcment the financing will be done on a case by case basis. Ergo, if ATT wants to buy some switches, then fine. On the other hand if Crescent Communications wants to buy some switches, then one would assume that the loan would be a recourse loan, backed by the assets of the purchaser, not on the equipment itself:

Coyote Network Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: CYOE - news) today
announced that PrinVest Corporation will provide more than $20 million in lease financing to Coyote customers for the purchase of telecom switching and related equipment and services. Financing for individual Coyote customers will be made on a case-by-case basis, depending on the customer's creditworthiness.

AY that's the rub "Limited by the quality of your receivables".

BTW did you notice in the latest quarter the PAYABLES jumped to $10,000,000 from around $1,000,000. Do you think there's something strange here?
