I think it will just go down for a bit, then rise, and then hopefuly sink like a rock. As for Rubin and Greenspan, theyhave differeing views, with the same end in mind. I suspect Greenspan will win out though, as he is highly regard in terms of macroeconomic policy and Rubin less so - although both have valid postions. I just think Greenspans is more in term with long term growht and I suspect Rubins is somewhat politically motivated.
