Vlad:

He sounds like some of the regular posters on this thread. I suspect much of the current weakness in OS reflects that kind of thinking.

Yeah, the ML goofball also said Oil was trading sideways in a range below $15 and change. He's the kind of guy who gives ANALysts a bad name.

News or Spin,

The good news for the sector will start coming out when the average small investor is cleaned out. Very few people wants a stock when its on the bargain counter. The average investor only buys a stock after it already going up and "showing strength". The history of "Market Psychology" has demonstrated this time and time again.

Again, the 800 day OSX/SP500 chart...

osxstocks.com (scroll to bottom chart)

If one really does believe in "BUY LOW" and "SELL HIGH", which of the two indexes warrant a BUY and which one warrants a SELL?
Simple questions. What is the concensus answer on this board?
Please post simple answers OSX or S&P500.. Historically, divergence of the two charts doesn't get wider than it is right now, today.

<<Anybody see that as#%^&hole from Merrill Lynch on CNBC before the close.

Funny how CNBC allows these guys to state their feeble minded opinions as if they were fact. This guy is calling for a test of $9.75 oil at a time when oil just moved up above 12.>>

Vlad: Chill out; take a valium. <g> People on this thread have predicted much worse and you don't seem to be taking all your frustrations out on them. What gives?
