I have learned the hard way it is better to follow the trend.I am using MACD for this. I got a sell signal (MACD) for NASD about 10 days ago. I also follow STOCH, RSI & %W but usually not for trading. STOCH variables are 34/17.

Wayne, I bought INKT and LCOS last week. They each cooperated with big 1-day moves this week. Could you take a look at them and advise me on how to play them? Thanks in advance.

Is there a way to project the move of an Oversold stochastic move when it rebounds?

For example, if a stock is below 20 on the stoch indicator, indicating oversold, trades at $100 a share, what would the stock price be when stoch rebounds to the 80 level...without drawing a bunch of trendlines.

Just thinking out loud.
