Hi PMS,

I think that's a great idea. I do three other things: I have a large erasable calendar on which I put all my options trades and expirations, I have a notebook in which I place my analysis (including profit graphs) and a statement in plain English of my strategy which includes what I will do (if anything) at various price points, and finally, I use yellow stickies on my monitor to remind me to check my analysis before I do anything else. Those stickies have saved my buns more than once.

TTFN,
CTC
