Right or wrong; the street is assuming the OPEC meeting will be another dud. That is why we probably are going to get the climax by next week, well before the OPEC meeing. Why else would people be dumping here? Once we climax a nice rally will begin. I would not be surprised to see OSX 60 even if the meeting is a dud. At that time the boys may start to discount the probable success of the NEXT meeting as well as the impact of dropping non-OPEC supply. And if the March conclave is successful -- to the moon baby.
