i think so. here's what i wrote on the ARTT thread:

i've argued for a long time that the FBBW companies are a great fit with fiber barons:

- fiber to service large accounts
- DSL (via COVD) for residential
- FBBW for small-to-medium businesses

i'd rate TGNT and ARTT (or both together) as better acquisitions for QWST since WCII and NXLK already committed big bucks for long-haul fiber from other companies (WMB [$640M] and LVLT [$700M], respectively).

hmmm, QWST is looking for a president too... think Mandl would be interested? Are Mandl and Nacchio on good terms?
