One more point. If you accept the fact that companies normally provide specific information on the backgrounds of newly appointed officers, by NPEC not providing such information, it looks like either: 1) NPEC is trying to hide something; or 2) they don't know how to write an acceptable press release. Even if the two new officers have mediocre credentials, NPEC would have appeared more credible by providing that information than they do now.

I want to give this company the benefit of the doubt, but when they do something like this, which to me is a no-brainer, it makes me wonder. Also, the shareholders should not have to try and find this info. Anyone have any info about the "Mystery Gold" organization mentioned?
