What I find amazing about that link is the 100 or so "talkback" posts ... quite a lot ... and the overwhelming tide of the sentiment. Read some of the comments: - going to sell my stock - that's it, I've had it - if they think they can get away with this, I'll just go with GTE ...these are the customers talking, folks! Listen up! This approach is the wrong approach. It is a choice on @Home's part and they've made a bad choice. This is so ... unnecessary ... lackadaisically insulting their customer base. Relative to run-of-the-mill customer relations, this is a sick company. I've sent concerned mail to @Home Investor Relations (with no reply in 24 hours). I hope you'll do the same. You can find the Investor Relations email address on the same web page ... it's the item LESS prominent that how to report a violation of the Acceptable Usage Policy.
