I would say for a small number of young people in big cities, who have enough money and can afford the brand name, especially clothing, they go with brand name. Sort of like conspicuous consumption. But for the majority, especially in case of computers, they have lower standard. Actually, Legend is considered a good brand and good quality. But Intel chips do carry much more attractions, and also higher price tag. I think AMD do not do any business in China's computer market I might be wrong.
