What do you think of the idea that there might be some people (us) who think that there might be some people, who think that there might be some people, who might look at what happened to E-Trade stock after they had an outage, and might sell or short or buy puts on SCH tomorrow? Etrade did go down about 40% (I think) pretty fast after that.

So then you would have to watch out for the people who covered their shorts or went long when Schwab had gone down about 25%, say, to about 54. And then you would have to watch out for the people who had figured that out, and did the same at about 57. I am talking short term. So if Schwab gets down to 60 quite fast I might get out if I have a nice gain and await further developments.

I am trying to apply a Keynesian analysis of who thinks who will think who thinks who will do what. Maybe I can outsmart myself.
