Tracking; Not a buy yet, as The head is still falling
however not faster than the tail.
A bounce off the noon low saved the day for any one long, but
it was not a strong bounce, and the down volume on Dell is
worth mention.

I added the XMI.X index which is the Mer 10 high yield bond index,
this often leads the market ( but not always ) as when interest
rates go up, this index goes the other way ( with the price )
hence it tends to show the percentage that bonds will effect
stocks. ( I have seen it in error so I don't hang my hat on it )
