Scanner from what I found out when I called the co. last week, they said they got into trouble with their fillings and audited reports a few years back.... consecuently they where delisted and the ceo when to jail? the co. said they have cleaned up their finacials and now are fully reporting BB co. and they had to reapply for BB listing. they have a web site valueholdings.com they also had two PR's this week. see yahoo check Edgar for the last 10k's and 10q's etc. I understand that they filed all 10k's and q's even when they were delisted. I also understand there is 7 MM's on this stock now.... not bad for a BB that started trading 12 days ago I picked some up last week and a little more this week lets see what happens don't know if this helps you much.... thats all I know now. elf
