As i understand it the warrant shares are set aside
by the company upon issuance. Will increase the float,but
should not increase the total shares. Correct me if I'm wrong.
What i suspect here is a lot of weak investors who had no plans
of conversion or financially incapable. Also could be coupled with
unsupport of market maker. looking to shake out weak players.
Have been surprised like everyone though in the lack of interest
by the street. Still holding common and plan to convert my L warrants.
