To all, explanation of difference in Sept 10Q and today's amended 10Q/A, from yahoo poster 'loewem:' " The difference between the initial filing of the 10Q and the amendment is in the legal proceedings (Item 1) section. The registration statement filed in August referred to lawsuits that existed and should have been disclosed in the 10Q for the second quarter. Apparently the SEC reviewed the registration statement and compared it to their 10Q filings and saw the omission and required Valence to amend their 10Q filing for the 2nd quarter. " Haven't checked this myself.
