RCNC looks pretty good, thanks. Also, clears up why there has been a post-it laying around on my desk with RCNC (fiber net) written on it; had no idea where it came from.

Tradelite, thanks for the heads up on RCNC. I've been following, and often investing in NXLK and HYPT, which, I believe are similiar companies. NXLK, is McCaw CLEC and is certainly volatile. HYPT offers bundled and business services in the Phila area and others, is majority owned by ADLAC, Adelphi Communication. Any thoughts on these guys would be appreciated. larry
