Ztech, I apologize for any inaccuracies you think there may be regarding the number of pcs in China by the year 2000 with respect to the Time article. Perhaps you should report Time Warner and Ted Turner along with WSRP and GTCI to the SEC for stock hype and manipulations!! I have to admit that glue-sniffing is not really my thing. However, juding from some of the insane numbers that you have been throwing around such as 1 billion internet users by 2000, gives me reason tosuspect that it must be your drug of choice. Sorry, I do not have the contact person for you to call at China Telecom -- but one would assume that the JV approval agreements between the parties should be public information. No, I have not seen the 15c 211 from the company, however, any savvy investor such as yourself would know that nonreporting companies are not require to file 15c 211's. As for your inability to find any reference on Prof Lai.... well what can I say..keep trying I guess. I do not profess to have all the answers to every question, but I think I'm farly informed as to the company's strategy, game plan and their ability to carry them out. I also know the size of China's telecom marlket and the potential for companies who have positioned themselves early in the game to reap big rewards in the future. As I said before, of couse we are all aware of the risks of such a venture-- did you know in the Chinese language, the character for the word 'danger' is made up of two other words meaning opportunity and challenge. Name me one bb stock which does not have a huge risk/volatility propensity and I will never go on this thread again. Speculation and risk taking is the nature of the beast with the OTC companies. I just think GTCI has a pretty good story and hey I think the odds are definitely better than the casinos, I'm up close to 80% already -- not a bad bet!!
