I called the company... Spagetti Only is a franchise concept developed by a group of business people in Vancouver... the details of EIL's involvement is unclear but investors near the play are obviously willing to buy some stock over the potential... it should take a few weeks to hammer out the details but looked like the company felt they should make a release because they anticipated buying so rather than deceive people why there was volume and price movement, the simply made the release and informed everyone of their potential involvment... what does this mean to the company (I don't know)... more to come I suspect... I also suspect the volume and price will tell how serious this could be... I have held shares for over 1 year, I bought more at $0.05 over the last four months and if the action is good, I am buying more into the move... that is all I know, to me it is a momentum play based on speculation until more is known...
