Thank You Curtis for summing up the Long & Short of it. Class Action Lawyers can only do so much.
It was good to see another Curtis, Curtis Jenson of M.J. Whitman speak out for us. We could make up some of these Shiva losses by having him manage some of our serious money. ( great effort "Yaz" )

Back to the settlement : If you are a plaintiff, you normally catch part of the finder's fee. ( You won't go home empty handed Mark F. )
The plaintiff is often awarded damages directly from the court.

In this case, as CVC informed us, their is no case. Six law firms couldn't escape the Shiva Frustration nor solve it.
The MOU, in the final analysis, is the " pound of flesh " that we garner from The Pioneers Of Remote Access... The Lord of Destruction... Shiva.
