Alan: If what Steve is saying is true, that Antaeus is a joint venture of MTEY and another company, then one wonders about the curious language in the press release, in which Antaeus was described as a strategic affiliate, whatever that means, of MTEY, with no mention of any ownership by MTEY or any other companies. Sloppy use of language, I suppose. More bothersome is the continued lack of any address, phone number, or name of any officer or employee. It is highly unusual for one company to put out a news release about business dealings with some other company, and give readers no way of contacting the other company. Given the total lack of evidence of this company's existence on any web search engine, one still has to wonder to what extent Antaeus exists beyonds words on a press release. MTEY's marginal existence also raises questions about whether Antaeus has either the capital or clout to justify DCHT's projections of sales from that source. Maybe this can all be explained, but so far it hasn't been.
