No, W.I.N.S. refers to Herm's concept of playing a given stock. He has different suggestions about what to do with a stock ( especially call options on a given stock ) based on whether a stock is:

W = Withdrawing
I = Increasing
N = Neutral

Included in his suggestions are other ways to make money on a stock position you may hold. This is called a:

S = Sideshow

The following is a group of links which form the basis for Herm's theory.
