Don't get me wrong however, LITH is in dire straits:

Change of Control filing doubling the number shares outstanding to 43 million shares (more than 2/3 now reside with Lithium Link).

sec.gov

However, I am inclined to think that there may be some small positives here given the benefits of the change of control and the willingness of LL to consolidate their holding into equity (not that they had a choice here though given the f/s, negative book value, lack of asset base, etc). Don't get me going here the negative list is extensive.

I like to look at negative and positive -- I just don't like it when info is deliberately distorted.

I dont know what was bias about posting that ACER had about 200 million losses with its US sales....you seem to be highly paranoic with the Valence thread....everybody is bias and not objective on this board...ACCORDING to GVANDER that is....ease up MR. Litthium Technology Guru..nothing against trying to make a fortune with a penny stock like Lith....good luck, but do not envy the once that can afford to play with the big boys....
