This is the old "short selling is unamerican" nonsense. Short selling is an important part of any market dynamic: equities, commodities, bonds, etc.

No diagreement there. But there is a difference between short-selling and accusing the company of impropriety through its press releases.

Listen... if you have a problem with TAVA's press releases, I suggest you take it up with the SEC. Give them your phone number and address and tell them exactly why you think TAVA is guilty of fraudulent misrepresentation of it business.

If you really want to see your short position grab you a gain, see if you can convince the SEC that TAVA is a fraud.

If they don't agree with you, I suggest you stop the BS. You are not the arbiter of whether this company's press releases are fraudulent or not.

You're not involved in the company. You have no idea of the monetary amounts involved so THUS YOU HAVE NO EVIDENCE to support your claims.

There are far more reasonable and justifiable ways to state your point without accusing the company of fraud and misrepresentation.

Especially, when the earnings and revenue growth show you to be quite incorrect.

And as you may well realize, I'm not posting to you for your benefit. I'm posting to display the inaccuracies and half-witted fundamental analysis you utilize.

And btw, those press releases must be approved by the client. So by claiming that TAVA is misreprentative is tantamount to claiming that some very big corporations are guilty of aiding and abetting it.

Regards,

Ron

Shorting is not unamerican. Greasing the slide is orchestrated theft.

Yep, all those years I spent in the brokerage business......left me ignorant.

Yep, I lied about TAVA dropping or I'm clairvoyant.....your choice. Of course a little historic perspective goes a long way.

YOur comments do not impact the stock....It influences stockholders. And if you thought it wouldn't, you wouldn't be here.

YOu're transparent.

ANd if you believed in your own intelligence, you wouldn't need to de-hype the stock.

So, Billy..........give it a rest if you got the stones to take the risk based upon your brilliance.
