Germaniac, Here is an idea.Set up the site as a chariatable organization.That way he could get thewhizkid.org. Anyone who would like to make donations can do so via the site via credit card.The normal donations can be done on a monthly basis and around 5.00/month.Name the Childrens Wish Foundation or similar type charity as the benefactor after normal site maintenance costs are deducted.Have the benefactor issue tax receipts to those eligible. This may solve the problem with the SEC if any arises and be benefitting a worthy cause and help with maintenance costs for maintaining the site. Just an idea but one I would support.I think there will be some difficulty otherwise but then again that is what we pay good lawyers and accountants for. THE OSPREY
