Daniel: Remember you get what you pay for. Take some of that startup capital and get a good lawyer who will be with you for years. Belive me a larger investment in a better lawyer now will save you THOUSANDS later if someone decides to come after you!! Remember, as you are still a minor & your parents are financially responsible if someone sues you or the SEC fines you. PLEASE BE CAREFULL!!! You have a great idea, but DO NO RUSH INTO IT.....everyone won't mind waiting a few weeks for you to get this set up right.
