Venkie,

No, I don't think they're worried. OTOH, it might be nice if they cashed in some of those profits. It's interesting to me that people on this thread have no problem imagining a 4000% return in 3 years, but have difficulty in believing that 50-90% of that return could disappear. Dell was $20 a year ago. I don't think it's unreasonable to think that we might see $20 again (presplit).

Dell's a great company, but it wasn't fundamentals that pushed the price to $110. The same kind of daytrading that pushed AMZN, YHOO, et al., to their undeserved heights are responsible for Dell's price. Dell of course makes money so it only sports a P/E of 150. Take the daytraders out of the Dell equation or put them on the short side and we'll see $20 in no time.

Out of curiosity, do you own any other stocks ? I'm very small time right now; Own a few shares of DELL and eight other stocks. Do you feel DELL is still the next DELL, or do you think it will just outperform the market at more conservative levels ? Basically, I'm looking at ways to get to where you are. I think most of the stocks I own have great potential, but I'm still looking for the goldmine you have found in DELL. I just first invested in DELL 6 months ago at 52, and actually, CSCO is my largest holding right now.
