As I recall, TAVA hypesters were constantly badgering me about how the company lawyers would soon be doing all sorts of nasty things to me when I first shorted the stock (and of course...I was correct about the stock sinking from the double digits to the single digits). Haven't heard from any TAVA lawyers yet. You may be interested to learn however, that I was actually named in a lawsuit by Cyberguard corporation when I disclosed their accounting fraud and warned investors on Silicon Investor and Yahoo. Cyberguard is now delisted...and the lawsuit has mysteriously disappeared. You're out of your league Ron.
