bobby, in one respect that's true, but the 40 year cycle, which consists of 23 up years and 17 flat to down years, started in 1942
and 1982.

you can see that 40 year cycle going back to the early 1800's

And Elliades cci or whatever ratio which measures a-d action shows
huge momentum thrusts in 1942 and 1982 - those were the only two years these major thrusts occurred

That's why I think e-wave counts should start from those two years
to get a sense of the whole cycle.

And, where we are now is directly comparable to 1957, the year
we had two 4 year bottoms the same year. You can see that in the weekly summation structure.
