Just a thought from the latest press release (in the WSJ no less!): >>In a press release Wednesday, Ampex said it plans to open a video production facility in the Los Angeles area, to which Alternative Entertainment Networks plans to move its video production and Internet operations. Ampex said it plans to use the facility for new areas of content, to be developed internally or through acquisition. The facility would also be available to other companies in partnerships with Ampex.<< Since they will have this new production/operation area I wonder if they might be helping KCET do some new PBS programs...It would be a perfect fit, don't you think? Just one more possibility for this pie they are abaking. I agree with Jubimer that a more formal announcement will be coming soon and then analysts will all be claiming they discovered it first.
