Well, if this is what I think it is DCTC stock should not be priced at $2+, but rather $10+. Significant news indeed!

Seems like DCI will use Retevision's wireless network infrastructure from a wholesale based perspective (as mentioned by Steve B if I'm not mistaken). Wireless between the POPs and then terminating the calls through fixed wire (landline or cable) is a good call:) Retevision takes care of customer premise call termination and DCI takes care of the long-distance over a wireless network built for the future of European deregulation.

Curious about the access charges and bandwith rates DCI has to pay as well as the actual hardware of the wireless network though....QoS is always an issue in regards to wireless.

Again DCI @ the right time and place! DCI will not be positioned for the Spanish Telecom deregulation......NOT!!
