SHORT ALERT.....See what this did over the last 3 days. Its been a battle but we are winning. This is not a story.... Bankpro we believe(NASD BB: BCPO)has sold its 246,400 shares early, number is corrected from its previous press release in November 1998. According to the company only 120,000 would be eligible March 25, 1999. I believe the early sellling is a violation of 144. They may be in trouble. Selling restricted shares early is a no no.. What do you think? By the way I am a large holder of the stock and am discloing this now in case anyone wants to know. I WILL BE TRADING THIS STOCK because I believe that large profits will come as a result of a buy in when it comes. Good Luck Darrell
