Because I've read several surveys about internet shopping and cost savings is always one of the top 2 reasons given by customers for buying online in the first place. Yes, the other is always convenience, but these two reasons are almost TIED in percentages.

Yes, I can have bottles of pepsi shipped individually to my door if I am willing to pay the extra $4.50 in fulfilment costs. The question is, are you?
