I can't offer any real help except to say that the folks at MBT went to bat for me when Southwest Securities screwed me last summer with a snafu they caused. It took about a week but they (and therefore I) won. If you can, get to talk to Steve Demerest. He's the head dude and has always been very helpful to me.

Provided you have documentation, MBT should erase the trade as if it never happened...and it appears as if you do.

Situation happened earlier this year where a purchase of 1k showed up as double purchase...MBT immediately remedied...

I've made a habit of printing a copy of ending activity of order book as backup...

Your margin call situation...please keep us posted how this is handled.

This sounds like nightmare!!! Let us know what happens as today is my first day with mbt. i am getting to know the system as it is quite complicated but very powerful. did you place this order by double clicking on the mm page? is it just island that has this problem?
how do you like arca? why don't island bids show on the mm screen and arca does show?
anyone care to help a newbie (to mbt) out with a few answers.
sinceely,
